Business Analyst

Requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the requirements of potential customers.
  • Conduct indepth needs assessments to identify opportunities for ZEO solutions
  • Liaise with the product team to create live Demos as per prospects’ business requirements.
  • Conduct a Successful demo of the proposed solution.
  • Identify potential risks associated with ZEO implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Preferably a female with good communication skill and willing to travel for client demos.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed requirementsgathering sessions with the client and identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and efficiency gains using ZEO applications.
  • Proactively address issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to create a roadmap for the phased implementation of ZEO applications.
  • Analyze and document the business processes, workflows, and all other requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create a detailed Functional Solution Document (FSD) and take signoff from internal stakeholders as well as the client.
  • Configure, customize and optimize ZEO applications, such as ZeoCRM, ZeoSign, ZeoVerify, ZeoForex, etc.
  • Work closely with development teams to design and develop customizations and integrations within the ZEO ecosystem.
  • Conduct system testing, including creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity and quality of data within ZEO applications.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on ZEO applications, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
  • Stay updated with the latest ZEO features, functionalities, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assist in the implementation of new ZEO applications and upgrades, including data migration and system configurations.
